Guidelines

  1. Originality: Articles must be original, not published elsewhere, and not under consideration by another publisher or journal. They must not contain libelous or unlawful content or infringe on the rights of others.
  2. Author Agreement: All authors must confirm they have read and approved the submitted article.
  3. Prior Submissions: If the article was previously submitted to another journal, authors must provide formal written evidence of its rejection or withdrawal. This evidence must be emailed to gdesignresearch@gmail.com with the submission ID.
  4. Copyright: Authors must own the copyright and sign the Author Copyright Agreement.
  5. Publisher Rights: We may re-review or reject accepted articles if they fail to meet quality standards or other criteria.
  6. Withdrawal: Authors wishing to withdraw their article from consideration must provide formal written notice before submitting it elsewhere.

Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word or a compatible format. Please use the provided template (Microsoft Word 2007 format) to prepare your submission. The template includes recommended styles and formatting, but final formatting will be applied by the assistant editor upon acceptance.

To ensure a double-blind review process, authors must remove their names, affiliations, and any identifying references from the manuscript before submission.

AI tools cannot qualify as authors, as they cannot take responsibility for submitted work, declare conflicts of interest, or handle copyright and licensing agreements.

If AI tools are used in manuscript preparation, image or graphic creation, or data collection and analysis, authors must clearly disclose this in the Materials and Methods (or equivalent) section, specifying how and which tools were used. Authors remain fully accountable for their manuscript’s content, including any portions generated with AI, and are liable for any ethical breaches.
